Robert and Paco from Kala restoration did the water mitigation and repair on my family home and were so consistent and professional the entire time. I was currently not living in the home and they were so mindful about including me in the process and great about sending me before and after photos. The work was performed perfectly and in no time at all. Robert was especially helpful in getting in touch with me regarding everything that was necessary for the home insurance company and months later during the sale of the home when I had some extra questions. I honestly loved my experience with this company and these men.

Amazing customer service and Amazing work done by the entire Kala team. I called on a Friday due to a water leak in my bathroom and water damage on my wall and baseboards. They were out the next morning at 8am and started to open the walls and find the leaks . A few days later they came back and drywalled my walls matched my paint, laid new Vinyl flooring and finished the job within 5 days. Lifesaver! Called Kala when we had a small leak under the sink in the kitchen. They were responsive and came on a Sunday within a few hours of the call. They gave an honest and and affordable estimate. They brought a team that removed the bottom shelf of the cabinet and humidifiers that were small and silent. Kala also has contractors that crafted a beautiful plywood shelf to replace the water damaged piece of pressboard, and got it to match and fit flawlessly. The cabinet looks better than it did before the leak and we are so impressed with the work!
For comparison, we also called ServePro, who told us that the floors were wet (which they weren’t) and that the island cabinet and counter tops needed to be replaced (which was not true) and they recommended a whole kitchen remodel. This tells me that some other water restoration companies lie to customers and insurance companies; their bottom line is making money from big jobs. I called my Uncle who is a water and fire restoration specialist and he verified that Kala made the correct assessment of the actual damage, which was very minor because we caught it early. It’s hard to find people you can trust, but Kala you can rely on!

All other companies wanted to send someone to give an estimate and not send anyone immediately with the equipment and people to help me right away. Robert gave me his emergency price point and said he’d come within 90 minutes with his equipment and do exactly what I asked him to do. They arrived, they had the equipment with them, they removed water did what was needed to dry things out. ROBERT @ Kala was a life saver! He came to the rescue to do the work. HAPPY 5 star review!

These folks were wonderful! When we discovered mold and a broken pipe behind our kitchen cabinets, they were out within hours and had men in the next day to start the process of repair. They do plumbing, dry wall, painting and just about any home/commercial repair. They also knew how to handle insurance claims, which made it much easier for us since we had never submitted a claim. I will be sure to call them for any future home repair/improvement. It’s hard to find such responsible/reliable workmen.

On sept 22nd I had leak in bathroom and bar I called Kala construction and restorations company I call my insurance State Farm all repair we’ll be covered they found the leak a started controlling the problem Paco the manager of this project is the best his team plumbers 5stars wood repair 5 stars they are still working on my house but the picture during repair and I will complete my review when project is done.

The Best!!! I’ve had several water leaks, from pinholes leaks in old copper pipes in the walls, to busted pipes in the garage to broken overflow washer drains. Each time I’ve been able to call Kala and Robert at Kala has a crew at my house within hours (or less) to assess the damage, give an estimate, help with insurance issues and get the job done from start to finish!! There’s no need to call somebody else to do drywall, repair and paint. Crews are always courteous, clean, and very efficient. Once Kala comes out to do a job I don’t have to worry about calling anyone else!!! When it was time to remodel, they did it all, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, granite countertops, new cabinet installed, ceiling fans and very professional paint job!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
